Most Foul. Provided hotel far from city centre in Kuala Lumpur. No active communication facility with them from abroad. They won't provide any imo, Viber or other platforms to communicate with them. Price is very much over charged. Might be, they want to do business with you only once.

This is a travel agent who make holiday arrangements for travellers, they have some branches in Dhaka & outside of Dhaka, they provide visa assistance, hotel booking, air ticketing, money exchange etc, they have a group of active staffs who serves nicely whole day, especially i know someone name Emon, he is very good at his work, i have got assistance from their Banani branch.

Sort of a good travel agency but lacs professionalism. They are sometimes not clear about the campaigns and it's communication. As a customer i have sensed they're somehow hiding the hidden costs. And after you travel to a certain place, I'm not sure whether they give good support services or not. Please be careful while you're taking their service. Check thoroughly
