They are just a scam. They have cancelled my order after a week and didn't even notify me. I have called their customer care ( you don't even find their customer care no. on their website) by collecting no. from other site, they told me that they will refund both my coupon and bkash but it has passed 2 months and still I didn't get the refund.

Do not provide that much options and it always seemed like fake or spam. Proper return policy is not mentioned and sells low quality cheap products rather than selling brands.

one of the prominent online shopping store in Bangladesh. Its quite difficult running a online shopping site in Bangladesh as peoples here aren’t familiar with it mostly and this services depends mostly on trust. So its difficult to uphold the trust of the customers as because shipping parce based online shop sometimes faces problems of missig goods and denying ordered goods. In a large scale business this type of mishap is negligible but in a growing newbie business its a great problem. I wish ajkerdeal to be a giant Online shop oneday overcoming all the problems

AJKERDEAL service is very poor. I order a boxer underwear XL size but they give small size. They are Return policy is very poor. they don't return any product. I contact many time with them to return my product but they don't response. After 2 months i through that product.

AJKERDEAL is one of the most fraudulent e-commerce site which is thriving by the virtue of their partnership with Bkash (cashback offers). They boldly proclaim free return but they have the audacity to ask you to return the wrong product they have sent you AND if you don't return it yourself they will close the case and you will lose money. Their customer service is obnoxious, their delivery method abysmal, they don't know if they have product in stock cancel it after ordering, absurdly regular about not returning your money on cashback offers.THIS IS A BAD COMPANY, STAY CLEAR.

Poor delivery service. They delivery in Dhaka after order 8 to 15 days. And product also poor quality. Sometimes they give you different items and different brands. But they have lots available items on their website. I was order Bestwasy Air pillow. They give me Intex air pillow. It's totally different looks, different color and quality too.
