  Agailjhara Bazar is the main market and township of Agailjhara Upazilla of Barisal district. This Upazilla head quarter is located near Dhaka-Barisal highway. It is a big old bazar with rich trades and other citizen services like schools, hospitals, banks, hotels, police station, conglomerates etc.

  This Bazaar has pretty much every house hold item that people might need. Has a couple of good local sweet shops. The Bazaar is bigger than it looks from outside. If anybody wants to visit this place, then I prefer coming on Wednesday. Usually it is really crowded on Wednesday and you can get a lot of other stuffs which you won't find on the other days of the week.
