  Sree Sree Adinath Temple at Moheshkhali :
  Moheshkhali is a large island situated several kilometers apart from the main town of Cox'sbazar. You have to reach that island by boat or other water vehicles. No alternate ways. It will take around 20-25 minutes to reach the island.
  Apart from the Natural beauties of the island, there is a Hindu temple which called "Adinath Temple". This white colored temple is situated at the top of the hill. From the temple area, you can easily observe the beauty of the moheshkhali channel.
  This temple is dedicated to the god Shiva, who is worshiped as Adinath. The temple is famous for the annual fair which held here during the spring season, and last for 13 days.
  
  আদিনাথ মন্দির কক্সবাজার জেলার মহেশখালী উপজেলায় অবস্থিত। আদিনাথ মন্দিরটি কক্সবাজার জেলার মহেশখালী দ্বীপের মাইনাক পাহাড়ের উপরে অবস্থিত। এই মন্দিরে হিন্দু দেবতা শিবকে আদিনাথ হিসেবে পূজা করা হয়।
  প্রতিবছর বাংলা ফাল্গুন মাসে এখানে মাইনাক পাহাড়ের পাদদেশে ১৩ দিনব্যাপি মেলা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। বাংলাদেশের বিভিন্ন স্থান থেকে আগত হিন্দু পুন্যারথীরা মেলায় অংশ নিয়ে থাকেন।
  
  কক্সবাজার থেকে খুব সহজেই আদিনাথ মন্দিরে পৌছাতে পারবেন। কক্সবাজার শহর থেকে রিকশায় করে ৬ নং ঘাটে পৌঁছে সেখান থেকে নৌকা অথবা স্পীডবোটে করে মাত্র ১৫/- টাকা ভাড়ায় মহেশখালীতে পৌঁছে যাবেন।
  
  মহেশখালীতে খাওয়ার জন্য বেশকিছু হোটেল ও রেস্টুরেন্ট রয়েছে।

  A very beautiful place. This mandir is at the top of Mainak hill. After walking up there you will see a great view from the top of the mandir. This mandir is really old.
  Just beside that Mainak hill, there is another hill named as Shooting hill (local name). Go and to that hill and enjoy the nature.

  Adinath Temple, local people is known as Adinath Mondir, place of worship for hindu religious & mostly attractive place for tourist who visit in Moheshkhali. The temple is located on the top of Mainak Hill and beautiful place from where you can see beauty of sea, new jetty, mangrove forest.
