Some of the food items were extra spicy. Also, one of the dessert was fried in used old oil which ruined the taste of that item. The place is nice though.

This restaurant is nicely decorated. The environment is friendly and comfortable for family gathering. But food (quality and taste) is average. Items are not unique. Moreover they organize several programs at a time in the same place. This may create confusion for the guests.

Nice and large place. Environment was good. Food was also very good. The service was so nice. Great place for buffet. Me and my some of my friends went there together. That was a great enjoyable night with friends. So that I kind off like this place.

Great ambiance and the quantity of the food is really reasonable compared to it's price. Staffs are well behaved. We had the thai and indian set menu which could be easily counted as 1:2 per set. Although food quality can be improved.

We booked a conference hall for a meeting followed by buffet lunch for 25 people at Araaz Restaurant and Banquate Hall in Rapa Plaza. The meeting facilities was just about ok but the food and other services were aweful. None of our single guest liked their buffet lunch. The waiters didn't have any attention to our program rather were busy with another big arrangement. Couldn't help to rate them 2 star. Poor service, bad food. Definitely we are not coming here again!

Nice restaurant. I was here with a group of people. We had buffet lunch here. The buffet was good. Specially the desert was very tasty. The seating, environment and overall accommodation was good. However I'd expect the staffs to be a more cooperative.

Great interior but the food and service failed to live up to the expectation. Had to wait 10 mins for the buffet, the food wasn't that great. There was no other drinks except for coke & sprite. Very poor handling of accessories.

I was here with a group of 10 people
atmosphere good but the buffet is far under my expectation. most of the foods were cold, old vegetable, nan bread like iron, dry fried chicken and careless waiters only standing. All in all not satisfied.

This is one of the best restaurants of Dhanmondi in terms of food quality, price and space. The interior is very well decorated. The buffet menu is reach at reasonable price. The party center is very spacious to accommodate 200 guests.
