In 2002, a great art teacher Mr. Aurabinda Das Goupta and his talent student Mr.Sha Alam has founded the school at Mirboxtula. After many years it has built a leading art training school in Sylhet by dint of lot more sacrifices and cares to the students. At first is started only with 20 students and then thousand are trained through the 14 years. In 14 years Charukoli's students achieved 8 International Gold prize, 24 National Gold prize, 18 Silver prizes, 25 Bronze which is historical record from any other Art school in Bangladesh.

# School has it own Syllabus and curriculum with Four years course.

# All teachers are educated on fine arts.

# Each year has two Exam or test like half-yearly, annually

# Have special classes for those who are able to participate in national- international competition and special care for weak student

# Have lecture on to increase creativity and aboriginal culture, introduce nature etc.
