Once a cinema hall now became a shopping mall. Gulzar cinema hall was a famous cinema house but in 1990's cinema industry became sick and unable to produce quality films. In this consequence most of cinema house of the city are closed and the owners converted it to a shopping centre.

Good place for quick shopping with reasonable price. In the 4 th floor you also find the place for praying for both male and female. Its also connected with other two shopping mall.

One of the oldest shopping mall in Chattogram. You can buy things in reasonable prices & the goods are best. Teenagers love to shop here for cheap rate. It's good to have such mall & if it will renovate then more people will visit for their good services

It is too nearest of Chittagong College and also Hazi Mohammad Mohsin College Chittagong. That's why in Gulzar Tower is provide student demand goods. Gulzar tower is one of the oldest shopping mall in town.It is situated in chakbazar. Gulzar more named after it. though Gulzar tower is a shopping mall instead 4th to 6th floor teachers use it for coaching center, batch study Etc. Moreover its the all you needed. you can find there everything.

"Gulzar Tower" is a popular shopping mall in Chittagong.Its situated at "chowk bazar". It has 6 floor but mall is limited with 4th floor. there is some restaurant also. 5th and 6th floor has sports club and coaching center where college students read and also Medical or Engineering admission coaching center have.
