The Shaheed Abdur Rab Serniabad Bridge is plays a vital role in the road transport network of southern districts of Bangladesh. It is constructed over the Kirtonkhola river, one of the major rivers in Barisal. It connects Patuakhali and Barguna districts with the divisional headquarter Barisal.

It's a beautiful bridge. You can enjoy bothside of the river. You have a nice scenario from your vehicle. It's a long and newly built structure. Crossing the bridge you will find Barisal University.
