  The Lester Vaughn School was opened by the then 5th Prime Minister of Barbados, the Rt. Hon. Owen Arthur, on January 6th, 1997, in Cane Garden, St. Thomas. The Lester Vaughn School will celebrate 20 years as part of Founder's Day on January 6th, 2017.
