The agents at Terra will talk to you so nicely to get you to rent properties. In their listing they have things listed that to date has not been offered. The y even said the landlords were easy to work with yet reality proves otherwise. The landlords themselves doesn't stand in unity and information for the one in control is being with held while the other literally doesn't care about anything and directs you back to the Terra Rep who says contact the landlord (whose information is being withheld) via email when we are on 2 different times zones. I've been sending messages and no response as they don't care, they done got paid from my deposit and first months rent so nothing else interests them. But they will be quick to call you to find out when they can collect their sign though
..
Terrible, got no response from questions asked
The staff member that attended the property viewing was attentive, professional and responsive at all times.
However, when I visited their office to collect the signed paperwork, the staff member at reception was a bit condescending when she said to me "it's just something we do here" when she asked me to sign the visitor book as part of the COVID health protocols, despite me signing the book as requested and saying nothing beforehand.
Do an Air BnB. This company will attempt to communicate well with you but then my landlady tried to get an extra 150 for electricity as well as continuously message me about thinking she heard, saw or smelled something (when upon the final walkthru it was even dent that I kept the apartment in pristine condition) controlling, deceitful and to be blunt: snobs. Use AirBnB, plenty of options and less attempts to control the comings and going’s of someone who has paid money to live in peace on vacation. One could secure a month at an AirBnB then look locally for a years lease if needed. But do not use Terra Carribean.
This is the home of the best realtors on the island.
