Great food. Atmosphere is also amazing.
    Right on the Hastings boardwalk.

Tuna tartare and marlin pate were phenomenal - typically the fish in barbados is very fresh. No exceptions here.

Enjoy a nice dinner on the water and take your time. Order a bunch of things to try between your group; a much better experience.

    We will definitely come back.

    Enjoy!

Not a bad seat in the house. We were seated right over the water. Drinks were good, and chose to stick to a few small plates. Each was tasty, and well presented. However, the Salmon Roulade was outstanding. Service was quite good. I would recommend to anyone.

I really do love Tapas, especially the creative and extensive cocktail menu. The Salted Caramel Apple Cocktail is one of my favorite drinks in any bar, any country.

With such high praise, I was obviously disappointed when my entire party got gastroenteritis after we ate there for my birthday in January. I totally get that it’s a location issue, and not the fault of the restaurant though. And I really appreciate that they didn’t try to hide it when I called to inform them (and they provided partial refunds).

Looking forward to returning once the sewage issue has been resolved. :)

Located directly on the beach. Right next to the boardwalk. With outdoor and indoor seating you will find a great seat to dine. They also have a second floor which gives you even better views of the beautiful beach. The staff are great. The food is pretty good. I highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Delicious Tapas using locally sourced produce. Shark Fritters, Marlin Pate, Croquettes, Fish cakes and stir fry veg all incredible and plenty for two. Staff were friendly and very helpful (even helped me get back into my wheelchair). Will be going again before we go home.

An amazing view, it is breathtaking when the sun is setting. It's a great place to go to for drinks after a long day and having virgin daiquiri drinks at night by the beach is lovely. It is also a great wedding venue. I definitely recommend this place.

After scoping this place driving by a couple times I decided it was a must stop for a couple bevvys and finger foods for an ocean sunset. Grabbed one of the tall tables outside on the patio and got busy ordering. The salt and pepper shrimp are a MUST. After growing tired of just Banks and variations of Rum over the past week and a half I tried a Peach Mojito and was blown away. Definitely worth a quick or long stop when you're in the area!

We go to Tapas regularly. Beach front setting is so relaxing with waves only metres away. Food is consistently good. The fish pot is a favourite

Very nice restaurant located by the sea. Interesting menu, many wine options. The combination of the sea breeze, the scenery, the torches at night and it's open environment make dining there an memorable experience .

Absolutely brilliant! Been there 3 times this week as the food and atmosphere and location are all so good. The beef carpaccio is out of this world and the best I have ever tasted around the world. You definitely must try to complement your stay in Barbados. One of the best, if no the best restaurants for quality and value. Thank you

Great location. Well stocked bar. Food looks amazing. But I don't understand why on the bottom of the menu it says ' 12% service charge added to price ' why not show the true price initially. Otherwise it would have got 5*.

Went for lunch on the 2nd to last day of our trip. This was the best meal we had on the island. The meal was great, innovative well priced and well prepared. The service was good. The staff was very attentive. We were beginning to think there wasn't a place where you could get a great meal at a great value in Barbados. Tapas proved us wrong. And we were able to buy some great local art as well. Overall wonderful experience.

Beautiful restaurant in a beautiful location. We visited for dinner, and I can't recommend Tapas enough. Staff were very helpful when we had to change or booking (twice!), and the waiting staff were beyond reproach throughout dinner.
Food was excellent: tapas was all delicious and main courses were all very good.
Most tables have an ocean view, and even though we were upstairs, it felt like a seafront table.
Prices are pretty good for Barbados fine dining. It isn't cheap, but we have certainly paid more for less while staying on the island, and in fact in Europe.

First off, this food is just beyond words. Our taxi driver Donavan recommended Tapas and we kept thanking him profusely because we couldn't stop talking about this meal! We had calamari for appetizers which honestly wasn't a big deal but our entrees more than made up for it. My friend got a shrimp alfredo which seems simple enough but wow! I'm not a major alfredo fan and I ended up eating what she left (she doesn't eat a lot). As for me, I had this delicious red snapper with a basil mash and this spinach, cheese sauce that didn't actually taste cheesy or like spinach but it was divine. Aside from that, this restaurant is along the water and a boardwalk which is very romantic and just adds to a wonderful evening. Our waiter was also really nice and helpful. At no point did he rush us to get dessert or the check. We actually didn't get dessert because nothing really looked that enticing (we're super sweet fans but it just wasn't eye-catching) but we weren't even upset because our mouths and stomachs were in heaven already anyhow :)

Sorry we have only experienced the quality, value and warmth of Tapas at the end of our holiday. The staff are genuinely welcoming and have the perfect level of attentiveness. The range and quality of food is the best we have experienced while on this fantastic island. Book early when arriving, you will want to go again.
