Cashier service was not pleasant. Very disappointing not helpful at all, dismissive. After speaking with a finance representative felt a little better but obviously made concerns known to them.

I recently booked in my car for its 1st service to be done today , I was not given a time to bring it in so arranged a friend to pick me up there at 12 noon as there is no collection and delivery service. Upon arrival I was told the car should have been delivered at 8:30 am by a receptionist , when I pointed out that I hadn't been told this I was told in no uncertain terms that I was wrong as she personally booked it in and always tells customers this is the case. This was not true. I pointed out that the vehicle only really required an oil change and levels check and couldn't it be done as I was leaving it , she replied this will take all day and it could not possibly be done!
