Foremost,
The condo itself was good and clean pool.
Location wise: there is NO food anywhere on premises and the surrounding area where you can buy food is just plain terrible. Food is barely edible and if you can stomach it that you are sick afterwards. Food in this area is HORRIBLE! Look for accommodations that have better food and provide beach chairs and actual service.
Local Resturants/Food: As I mentioned above: food is horrible but so is service! Running out of ice right before dinner at 6pm? Food coming out at different times every time. Waiting half hour for a drink. It’s juts terrible. Another horrible experience. They know that they have you by the neck and out of sheer starvation travelers will eat anything so they serve HORRIBLE food and the service itself is even worse.
Beach wise:
Nice beach BUT you must pay for chairs and unbreallas in your own beach. Find a place that already provides them and also serves food: you will be better off for it. Also: DO NOT LEAVE anything on the beach as it will get stolen! My husband and I went for a walk on Sapphire Beach which is VERY SMALL and upon return: TWO PAIRS of shoes STOLEN. Not only do you have to pay for chairs but than return to your belongings missing! Classy SAPPHIRE Beach Condos! Can’t believe for such price you return to your belongings being stolen.

Keisha and Andrea from Blue Luxury were accommodating and prompt.
Calabaza Catamaran is amazing and has better food than anything you can get on land. Danny, John & Sean we’re amazing. Loved the Calabaza Catamaran!
Condo 209 @ Sapphire Beach Condos was nice and clean.
Boatyard Beach is great too. A lot for kids and adults to do and keep busy. Get there early to get a chair and umbrella. Food is ok and drinks are good!
Flower Forest is also very nice and shady. Great place to get out of the sun.
Celestine’s roadside shack has amazing fried fish. That is by Harrison’s Cave. Harrison’s Cave was also a good place to cool off from the hot sun.
Lastly,
I would recommend finding a better beach with chairs, a bar and restaurant and also where you are not being targeted every second.
People in Barbados create a feeling of security and safety but that is a smoke screen. You are a target everywhere you go and they will take advantage of you any chance they get. It’s very tiring as a tourist to feel you constantly have a target on your back!
I will NOT be returning to Barbados. There are many more beautiful islands that you don’t feel like a target and get your belongings stolen.response / report this review -

Lovely condo and set in the St. Lawrence Gap. We were unprepared for the busyness of St. Lawrence Gap but the condo, facing away from the street with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean was quiet quite and relaxing.Very clean and well equipped. I would stay there again.

Stayed in Unit 415. Spectacular view of the sunset every night. The dining table and sofa on the patio were perfect. We were six on our trip and found the unit spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Loved being at the quiet end of the Gap. Still close yo restaurants and bank machine. Beach was fantastic.

Unit 511 is well equipped with a great ocean view. The beach is great and the location is close to great restaurants and grocery stores.

Beautiful apartment shame it was a bit further down the gap than I wanted to be. For a six person apartment there was not enough sofa space. Kitchen well stocked, safes in each of the three large bedrooms. Pools was very narrow, but rarely anyone else in it

Beautiful view. Villa was nice, comfortable and clean. The glasses in the kitchen were super frail and a shelf fell off the door of the refrigerator, breaking a bottle of gin. One of the 3 bedroom was also much smaller and not as enjoyable. Would definitely​ return. The location was also convenient for everything we needed.

This place is fab. Came with a group of c.30 people over for a wedding. Rooms were gorgeous, super-well equipped (US-style fridge with ice dispenser was a much-appreciated novelty to us Brits!) Wifi worked perfectly in the rooms, didn't extend to other areas (eg pool), and we were able to connect our own device to the TV to watch videos.
My favourite thing was the view from the balcony - waking up and having breakfast overlooking the sea was an absolute treat!
