Love all holy week activities

We returned to Barbados after a hiatus of 9 years. Newly retired we decided to have our first long holiday there. I decided we had to find a church. St.Dominic's was walking distance to our inn. The mass we went to was early. It was at 7:00AM. We met a lovely parishioner who welcomed us as we walked down the drive. Well, the church is absolutely beautiful, the cross the sculptures, and the way of the cross pictures. It was a special mass that Sunday. It was the feast of St Vincent Pilatti ( I may have this misspelled. The patron saint of the church. There was Fellowship after. It was incredible. My husband and I felt so welcomed. The priests are from Poland. They are very special. You can feel their love for everyone. The homilies are thought provoking. There is usually a joke. We would tell everyone at the beach the Priests' joke of the week. Looking forward to next year. Would like to get involved in their Care Ministries.
