Simply the BEST Sushi experience in Barbados. We have been here probably 20 times. That should be a key indicator.

Had a lovely meal here, with good hospitality. The atmosphere in there was nice, with the open sea view and the sound of live music. We ate the Spicy Tuna Tartar, Spring rolls, Prawns and the Constitution roll followed by a chocolate desert, all of which were super tasty. Price wise - seemed just as expensive as most things are in Barbados.. 😉

I am in love with Naru. I attended an event there just yesterday and I was greeted so warmly, the staff extremely professional and friendly. I had a couple of dishes from the menu, but the one that stood to me is "The Rooster".

I don't want to forget Lisa the Co-owner of Naru, beautiful, upbeat person. I will be back definitely.

We did not know what to expect as the menu seemed an odd mix of Asian & Western but we were pleasantly surprised. I had the barracuda (catch of the day) with Pak Choi, beans, green banana mash and a ginger and tamarind sauce and it was delicious (& elegantly plated!). My Son had an equally delicious barracuda with spinach, courgette, Jasmine rice and a sweet & sour glaze. The only downside was the starter, jerk vegetable spring rolls. They had too many layers of pastry and the result being they tasted doughy instead of light. To the upside again - great cocktails and wonderful service. We would definitely go again.

Upon visiting Naru for the first time I was absolutely amazed. Everything was perfect and the staff was beyond exceptional. From the manager Nikko to our waiter Richard we received such a superb standard of service. Our chef Chris and the entire staff made us feel valued, welcomed, important and special. The food was delicious with a magnificent ambiance making for the best restaurant I have visited in Barbados thus far. Thank you all so much and may God continue to bless your establishment as you continue your extraordinary service. I hope to visit again sometime soon.

Huge restaurant, has a great style to it. Very hot inside but lots of fans to circulate the heat. The staff were very friendly and the bartender on made a killer whiskey sour. First off I had the beef short rib which was well cooked but the flavours were a bit overwhelming for me. I love short rib and I like kimchee but there were too many competing flavours for my taste. Not a bad dish though. The tuna main was a star though. Similar sauce to the beef short rib but all the flavours were in harmony👌. Wish I ordered some sushi too but was too full. Would go again.

Service was fantastic, food was really flavourful. Got the soup, the sushi and the fish special of that night with house wine and it was all lovely. You can't go wrong with anything you order, definitely give it a try!

Semi casual restaurant sitting right on the beach on the south coast. It's elegant and not too pricey. But it feels like a million. The staff are all well trained, well versed, courteous and accommodating. They're very good with food allergies and sensitivities and are mostly wheelchair accessible.

I tried the sushi here and it was great. Nice laid back atmosphere with live entertainment. Great surprise at the end of the night as we came across hawksbill hatchlings trying to make it to the beach. Staff assisted in gathering the hatchlings and then contacted the Barbados Sea Turtle Project so they could be documented. Great to know management and staff are doing their part to protect this species while providing a delectable menu and top shelf service to patrons.

I've been going here for years. The service has been consistently good and the owners are really friendly and helpful. I wish they served lunch is all! Definitely not on the higher end of sushi but it's great and the prices are god. Duality is a staple and the Bruce Lee is a favorite.
