  Exceptionally clean rooms. Nice balconies. Perfect location to Turtle & Dover Beaches. Unbeatable price, high security, lovely staff.

  A very cosy an comfortable Inn. If you require quiet relaxation then this is the place. Its not a five star but the staff makes up for it. Room was clean an smelt fresh. Not far from night life of the Gap. There is no breakfast service but you have grocery store around the corner literally. Smile. I recommend it if you need that getaway from the traffic an noise.

  For the budget traveler, it's comfortable, clean and basic. The room was spacious and had a mini fridge, kettle & small tv with cable. A chair & table in the room would have been nice but you could eat out on the porch. No nice views, pool or anything fancy but it was in close proximity to a mini Mart(slightly expensive). Restaurants, beaches & even higher end hotels were in the vicinity, some more conveniently located near the Gap & access to Public transportation. I probably would not stay here again though as there are better options in the same price range.

  This place is the worst place I have ever stayed at. Firstly they falsely advertise, there is no jacuzzi as well as no restaurant on the property. The room I got was so old, the lock was falling off, the curtains had mole and were dirty, the bedside lamps didn't even have shades over them. The refrigerator was so old itmade my stuff also spoil because it wasn't even cooling properly. The A/C was stuck on one temperature and no matter how hard I press the remote it wouldn't budge, instead the temperature moved up. The bathroom is a mess! The pipes were all old And rusty and a huge nasty stain in bath tub! The towels were as hard as board and smelled like they weren't wash properly.
  
  That was my worst stay at a Guest house ever. If you are a person who isn't bothered by an old dilapidated place. Fine book away! As for me never again and for a rate of $85 USD per night at that.
