Great selection of produce and meats. Gourmet food items are also available. Pharmacy is well stocked.
Large variety (including many popular foreign brands), well lit, spacious, polite staff, bakery is well stocked & the cafeteria food isn't bad (it's cafeteria food, don't expect a higher rating). With the; Pharmacy, Pet goods, Hardware & Houseware, the Massey Holetown complex seems to looking take the 'Get It All Here' title.
Massy had a greater selection than what I was expecting which was fantastic and made for a single-stop shopping experience. Definitely the place to shop for a quick, convenient selection of popular grocery items.
This chain of supermarkets is just awesome. Everything is under these roofs , it's a one stop shop . appliances, Western Union , pharmacy lots more in this huge store ..isles are spacious ,well packed and labled . I love the salad bar i hole town, there is a cheese bar and meat bar also. It's pricey but I don't mind paying the extra dollar for comfort and quality. The after sales service is exceptional
Great selection of food and baked goods. Expensive but you can find almost everything you need here. Great selection of fruit, vegetables dairy products and coffee. Shelves are well stocked. Only place I shop when visiting Barbados.
Wide variety of brands. Great shopping space. Nice staff. Competitive prices!
I love shopping at Massy, Sunset Crest. All the staff are friendly and if you cant find an item they are willing to personally take you to the item rather than pointing to where it is.
The cashiers and bagging staff are all friendly and wish you a good day and safe driving.
Would definitely recommend it for a shopping experience.
New store, well stocked, with good service.
Were pleasantly surprised by this full service supermarket. Lots of fresh produce (some local most imported), fresh breads, nice fish selection, full range of beers, wines, and liquors. A large selection of Waitrose (England) foods, all quite good. Service was good throughout the store. Note they close at 4:00 on Sunday.
Be prepared to pay about twice you’d pay in the US for almost everything (except Banks Beer – that’s cheap).
Massy's newly redeveloped supermarket in Holetown is greatly improved on the old shop. Modern, cleanly-designed with wide aisles and nicely presented fruit and vegetables, wine and even a butcher's counter that also stocks a limited selection of fresh fish. There is ample parking and clean, well-maintained modern toilets. The opening hours are 8am to 8pm weekdays and Saturdays and 9am to 4pm on Sundays. Prices are generally pretty steep when compared to the UK but that is the case throughout Barbados. Overall a good place to shop.
Very spaces and has great decor. They're so many choices and the staff are very friendly. It has a deli, bakery, salad bar, wide range of wines and the list goes on. Great improvement from the previous building.
Fantastic store. Has loads of great items and lots of family Canadian brands and products. Pricing is totally reasonable. Lots of organic options also. This is the best grocery store out of the three we've been to on the island. Probably because this one cares more to tourists than many of the others.
Missing some items that we normally buy. They constantly change the location of items on the vegetables department. Cashier and baggers are usually nice.
Brand new and very nice, can a supermarket be considered classy? if so then it is. Not a huge fan of the parking layout but the supermarket itself is clean, well designed and has a deli sandwich section. Also you will find more exotic items you won't find in other supermarkets here.
The best grocery store on the island. The prices are a little high but you just have to be careful what you buy and check the price. Quality is amazing. You can find anything like back home.
Beautiful store only down fall lack of prices on some items and customer service attendants are just there for style
Beautifully laid out. Wide assortment. Easy access
Recently renovated with more space and what appears to be a greater variety of items. Easy parking.
Short lines which was great. The is so much better than the other one. It has so much more.
Has more than you can imagine, big, spacious and modern supermarket. A tad pricey, but good place. You name it, they have it.
The island has got so expensive and this is felt no where more than in the supermarket. Crazy prices!
closed for repairs now but was a great area to shop with great variety
It is being renovated at this time and due to be reopened in November 2017
It's currently closed for renovations. Suppose to open back later this year or next year.
In course of renovation, Q1 2017; all a bit hand to mouth for the time being
Biggest supermarket in the area, seems to sell a lot of Waitrose own brand food which takes some of the guess work away. As with the rest of the island prices are inflated but it's certainly cheaper than other options. Also has a well stocked pharmacy!
You will find almost everything you need here at reasonable prices
It is a branch of store located at Warrens. Has similar produce but not everything. Does not have a food court anymore and so times it can be difficult to find parking as parking lot is full. Has a pharmacy and good range of body cars products as well as alcoholic
If you are staying near Holetown, head here for the biggest and best local supermarket. They have a bakery, hot food counter, extensive selection of groceries (local, British and American), fresh and frozen meats and large dairy section.
I did find that some of the fresh meats were either already or just about out of date, there doesn't seem to be much stock control going on so do check the dates.
Otherwise you'll pretty much find everything here that you need. Typical Bajan service and prices.
