While you might think that the view will be enough to satisfy the rest of the experience; you will be sorely mistaken.
I’m giving this a two star review for the view alone - come for drinks and leave to go downstairs at the Waterfront cafe for food.
If you do end up here for food order Local food only - fish grilled, roti, etc.
Most of the food was over seasoned and very overdone or very stale - ie. rice was leftover from a few days before.response / report this review -

Arrived and saw the sign that said seat yourself. Drink order taken right away. Had virgin pina coladas. Very good. Both of us ordered fish wraps for lunch. Very tasty and filling. Server was quick and friendly. There were no cruise ships in Port today. We would come back again

Well positioned bar with the terrace headed to the Parliament building and marina bay. It was a pleasure to spend some time and have some Banks. Even we’ve been stuffed from our cruise with food and drinks we couldn’t avoid taking advantage of the beautiful view and we’ve spent some nice time enjoying some beers. The prices are right and the location is fantastic. The food should be very tasty and the staff was friendly and service quite quick. Have no complaints and I can highly recommend this for it’s amazing position.

We entered the restaurant and stood in the doorway for a few minutes before someone yelled sit anywhere. We sat ourselves and it took someone about five minutes to take our drink order. It took another ten minutes to get the drink. Another staff person asked if we had placed our order. We explained that we had placed only our drink order. She took our order "with an attitude". She rolled her eyes when my mother asked her if she could get fish tacos instead of beef tacos. When she asked for our drink order order, we reminded her that we had already given someone our drink order. She huffed off. The guy that took our drink order returned and we complained about the woman's poor attitude. He said that she is family and he seemed mad that we had complained. At this point, we heard a commotion in the restaurant and saw one of the workers walk away from the restaurant covered in blood. Shortly after that, our waiter came with our drink tab and told us to leave because they were closing the restaurant. We only had a couple of sips of our drinks. We suggested that they waive the drink tab but the waiter refused. We later found out that the whole family works at the restaurant and there had been an argument between two of the family members. I would avoid this place like the plaque.

MARVELLOUS!!! One of the best! Lots of options for food and some epic and unique flavours of smoothies and milkshakes. Pretty cheap too! Quick service, delicious food, friendly staff and a lovely view😍

Disappointingservice started great but waited a long time for 2nd beer and the cheesey fries were awful..very small portion and very orange/yellow liquid cheese poured on it and it was delivered in a mini paper lined metal basket like a fryer..with no plate! Tasteless

Extremely slow service. 1st round of beers was 20 minute wait, the second round took 15 minutes. Check was correct on the 3rd try. Avoid like plague!

So I came here nearly every day last year 016 and it was great but I came here in September 017 and asked for a full English breakfast well I wasn't expecting what I had placed in front of me but not being one to complain I ate the bacon and the egg the rest was un eatable I complained but they just walked off the table had their food comp. So I went again in November because I saw loads of lovely food on instagram and thought great they have a new chef well obviously he was off that morning I again stupidly ordered a full breakfast it was like I stepped back in time absolutely disgusting it too nearly half an hour to arrive cold the staff don't seem to care and again when I complained she just walked off. The only good thing about this place is the view and strong WiFi but I'd definitely give the food a wide birth. I felt a bit guilty writing this until I saw I wasn't alone in disgust. Great view. The wait for food was lonv. Ordered the chicken alfredo. It was awful. Sauce thick and separating. They took off 10% off the bill but didnt seem to be botheres much. Will not be returning

Nice view of harbour. We were beckoned in by happy hour 2 4 1 cocktails. Pina coladas could not of had any coconut rum. Told the waiter and he just said "you can't please everybody, that's how we make it here"

Bad bad bad service (slow). Food was terrible except for lamb roti. (Pizza was the worse). They charged us 18% for service free which was ok until our waiter told us that service charge go to the kitchen but not for him. What a joke this place was. There is a burger king across the street, i am sure its better.

Food was not great at all - mussels were like tough rubber, over-fried chicken wings were dry, flavorless and bruised and salad was just sad - view was fine
