I reached out to Holetown car rentals after my usual place had no cars available. I did a through search. Most places were completely booked out for the Christmas holiday, and the ones that weren’t booked out, the rates were very high. I finally did a search just for car rental place, and found Holetown car rentals. It was one of the BEST customer services experiences that I had EVER received. While not situated at the airports, they will make arrangements to meet you there in style ( Get use to being greeted once you exit the terminal, like a VIP with your name on the board and a friendly employee) they have all the usual paperwork, and drivers permit for you. The rates cannot, I repeat cannot be beat. Once your vacation is over, they once again, will meet you at the airport to return the vehicle. I rented a Suzuki Swif from them. The car was clean, drove like a dream and met ALL my needs. I will definitely be renting from them again, on my return in August. I honestly would give them more than 5 stars if I could. They are now my go to car rental for each of my visits

Rented a small car from them for bout 4 days to go around town. Trecia was very helpful and friendly. No hassle. After I was done I just had to leave the car at the airport which was very convienient.

Booked online at a good price and was given an upgrade to a better car. Excellent service - the car was delivered and collected from out hotel at the requested times with a minimum of fuss.

Wonderful service!!! All the staff are very helpful and always ready to assist.. I had a flat tire and one of the staff came to my assistance.. Will definitely recommend to anyone .keep up the good work

A Very poor & disgusting con man service & a non delivery of vehicle & would not recommend at all. Telephoned Holetown Cars 5 days in advance to book car hire, verbally agreed & confirmed 8 seater vehicle & price to take family visiting on a days on shore cruise to Barbados for 2 days. Received an email confirmation & invoice to secure booking & cash on collection of hire car. Went to collect car on day of hire & the car hire company in St James Park & not sign posted would not answer door of their premises which led to a telephone call to their office & a guy said they did not have the car available & put down the phone, extremely rude & unprofessional. I was approached by a guy outside who informed me Holetown Cars do this all the time if they get a longer booking they will just cancel the shorter booking without correspondence or communication. Very distressing morning as I had family waiting at port & became a very expensive taxi ride for my family. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE & cause yourself distress & stress, this company is a con!!!!!

From start to finish Holetown Cars and Carlton were wonderful. We rented a 7 passenger van to travel around the island for the week. Carlton met us there when we got off the plane. Once we completed a little paperwork, he gave my husband a quick driving lesson and we were off. He even met up with us a few minutes away, when we got lost to give us a gps. :) He was fantastic! Easy and professional company to work with, we highly recommend!

Great car and Carlton was really easy to deal with. Met at the airport and went through a thorough check of the car to make sure any small scratches were identified so that there were no problems on return. Will be using Holetown Cars again next year. Thanks for supporting the Holetown Festival it was great.

I rented a Toyota Rush mini SUV for two weeks which was very clean, in superb condition and was perfect for five people. Carlton, the patient and accommodating company owner, met us at the airport, I signed the necessary paperwork sitting outside in the Barbados sunshine and keys were handed over! Hassle free and stress free car rental. I was also able to drop off the car at the airport on departure. I've already recommended Holetown Cars to friends and will definitely be using them again. Thank you, Carlton, for helping to make our first visit to Barbados so wonderful!

Great Rental Service, convenient and prompt service by Carlton. I rented a van that was in great condition, quite comfortable ride for a couple weeks. Hassle free drop off at the airport!
