Fantastic experience at Hightide with local dive instructors Sim and Erwin over the last few days who mentored my 14 year old son through the PADI open water course
The whole experience was very professional welcoming and friendly and gave my son so much confidence..highly recommended - we will be back next year for more diving
It’s also great dive and water sports shop given they are on the lovely Coral Reef Club beach and we enjoyed lunch at the restaurant as we took our mid day break from the courseresponse / report this review -

A well run operation. Located very near the Folkestone Marine Reserve (5 min walk along the beach from the car park) just North of Holetown. My son was doing the PADI Open Water Referral Course with one of the instructors (Sim). He was excellent; safety focused, gave clear briefings and helpful feedback at all times. The equipment, facilities and boat are all really good too. Boat rides are short and there is full cover on the boat (you don't burn) and fresh drinking water. the two boats I saw were twin hulled so there is plenty of room on board and seem an ideal design to reduce motion sickness. I've been diving for 30 years in all sorts of places. Will definitely dive with these guys again. Another thing, this place has the cleanest toilet I have ever seen in a dive centre. They also hire Lasers, Hobbie Cats and SUP.

Exactly as advertised. Perfect dive shop right on the beach: great dive masters, high quality gear, good mix of dive options, convenient to West Coast. Edwin, Sim and Lennie took great care of us and our kids, taking them through their final certification dives.

My partner and I have just completed our PADI Open water course at Hightide It was fantastic, it was really an enjoyable experience.
The Staff are so friendly and are always having fun. Our instructor 'Sim' is the best man for the job kept us entertained on a serious note this guy knows his stuff thanks for you help all the best Richard and Georgina 👊response / report this review -

Great experience diving with High Tide! Our instructor Sims was so friendly, personable and made us feel safe every step of the way. High tide were so accommodating given that I am already certified and my Fiancé was trying diving for the first time, they personalised our experience. The diving itself was colourful and interesting, exploring two wrecks and a reef at Jolly Rodger Ridge. They even drove us back to our accommodation free of charge. We Highly recommend High Tide. I've dived with High Tide on many occasions. The team are the consummate professionals and manage to combine their professionalism with just the right level of Barbados relaxed charm. I particularly like they fact that they seem able to assess each divers capabilities and provide the appropriate level of support. They manage to make beginners feel safe and supported whilst giving more experienced divers more freedom
