  On my way to a healthier me, breakfast on mornings is either this, granola brand with raisins and banana, pineapple, watermelon, egg and one cup of warm lemon water. Healthy is the way to go especially with all these different processed foods. Detox plans available soon.

  On my second day of my 7 day cleanse lol. So I did:

  20 sit ups 20 squats 20 leg workouts 10 stretches

  Thank God for the strength to push through. Hehehehe had my warm lemon tea will drink a mango, Apple and ginger smoothie soon.

  Didn't have the feel to eat meat today, so did some Okra & Rice (that my 5 year old son nagged me whole week for hehehe), steamed veggie steak fish, pickled cucumber and a nice glass of icey mauby yummy. No traditional meal here lol.
