Established in 1995, Donna and Staff tested out the waters in the vending business at a cricket event held at the Kensington Oval. To her surprise it did well. Continuing on, she tried out the gold cup next, that seemed to have done well also, and that was only the beginning. Donna's Kitchen began getting recognition at events such as Bridgetown Market, Gospel Concerts, Cricket and even Football. As persons became familiar, they suggested that they'd have to wait too long until they next tasted Donna's Kitchen. It was then Donna decided to start daily catering from at her residence from 2006, which also evolved to then breakfast and lunch daily. In 2014 Donna started a new venture, BBQ weekends, from Thursdays to Saturdays.
