One of the best pizza restaurants in New Haven

Poor quality and terrible selection of food. The other restaurants at The Crane are excellent, but this one needs to be closed. Too bad, because the servers were friendly and helpful, and the location is great.

The food is OK, I wish I could say I liked it. It was eatable, but nothing special in any way. This would not last as a restaurant even in my provincial area of Pennsylvania. I've seen many better restaurants fail within a year for not being good enough. But this place has a captive audience with high disposable income at the crane resort. That lets it survive. They do try! And they are pleasant. And the atmosphere and service is good.
