Overpriced for the dining experience. Quality and presentation of the food are below equivalent restaurants. Waiting staff is not concealing own frustration from guests.

Way ahead of all other hotels on the island for atmosphere & overall room comfort. If it could make some further improvements to its food in its ideal restaurant setting, it could reach a perfect score.

I went to the Laguna restaurant for lunch. It was Sunday so you had the option of getting buffet. The food was lovely and the staff was courteous. A steel pan band was playing in the background so there was a nice Caribbean eam vibe to the atmosphere.

Beautiful Location, lots of greensthe ambience is serene and it is so relaxing. Gorgeous Rooms! The Food was not my favorite.

Fantastic relaxed place for families. We went for a week after spending a week at Disney and was the perfect place to put your feet up, soak in some sun and relax.

Has a fantastic beach, with a coral reef to snorkel and plenty of activities. Lovely pool that is safe for the kids to play in. The food was good and staff friendly.

We were really lucky in that there were plenty of really friendly guests staying at the same time which made the holiday perfect. Highly recommended.

I've been here a couple of times, not as a guest but to enjoy dinner. The food was good but the band, featuring a local saxophonist, was awesome. Very romantic atmosphere, friendly staff.

Amazing hotel.. bit pricy, worth it though. They have free water sports (some motorized are included, but you only get 15 minutes tubing at a time for example).. There was a charge, I don't recall how much, but you can sign up for a turtle swim / swim with fish at the wreck (sunken barge)..

Food at the restaurant was pretty nice, breakfast had a good selection. Rooms were pretty amazing. Be sure to sign up early for fishing with the chef, or ask the front desk when the kids can feed the fish..
