I waited outside their closed door for about 10 minutes and no one gave any indication of when they were planning to open (despite it being after their posted opening hours). Interestingly however, I did notice that after I gave up and returned to be vehicle, someone then decided to unlock the door.

May revise this review if I am ever allowed in

Wonderful staff. Great coffee and you can't go wrong with the pesto panini.
