  We just returned from our trip to Barbados on the 28th of February 2017. I would consider this villa as average. There were a few issues with the home during our stay. No water pressure throughout the home after 10pm until approximately 4am. There were no electrical outlets in any of the bathrooms, we could not remove the Spanish sub titles from the television. It may have been the package that comes with the house, but that was annoying. The gate to the home did not work properly. The property manager did not do a meet and great. We had requested a scale and our personal items were locked in the safe and we could not get it opened. It took him 3 days into our trip to resolve. Thank God for Rosalyn and Katrina. They truly made our stay at this villa worth while. They provided excellent service!!!

  Just a quick note to thank everyone for a truly unforgettable vacation filled with lots of life-is-good moments. We cannot say enough good things about the Blue Sky team, the two gorgeous properties we called home for the last two weeks, or the charming, friendly and attentive staff who took such good care of us. Any and all expectations for this trip were greatly exceeded and we cannot wait to return! Special thanks to Jodi for making the reservation at The Cliff, for Dan’s birthday, which was AMAZING!   TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - We booked our holiday via Blue Sky for apartment 212 Glitter Bay in Barbados for one week from 24th December - 31st December. They were excellent in the months up to our arrival - then it went from bad to worse. We had no meet and greet at apartment as promised - the place was not as advertised in any way - dirty / smelly / tired showers with bathroom doors that did not even close. We reported this to Lisa at Blue Sky on the 24th and she said she would be round to sort on the 26th! My family wanted to go home - we left on the 25th - BLUE SKY did not care at all - just excuse after excuse - they actually offered us a 5% refund on a £7000 booking even though we left as it was not as they had advertised! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
