My friend and I stayed at Blue Ocean Cottage during a long weekend in Barbados and it was lovely! Stefano is easy to coordinate with and was very hospitable during our stay. He lives on the property, so you can tell that it is well cared for with a lot of attention to detail. Thank you, Stefano!

Staying at Blue Ocean Cottage was the most amazing, welcoming, relaxing experiences! Our flight was running behind and we had no way of notifying Stefano but he already had his shuttle driver waiting for us when we arrived. Our driver was welcoming and drove us to the most beautiful cottages! We arrived late but were greeted warmly by Stefano and his beautiful wife. They made sure we had everything we needed for a good night's sleep and informed us that tomorrow morning they had arranged a rental car agency to bring us the rental car. After the first night, sleeping in a cozy bed, we were able to do the rental car paperwork in our room and were beginning the day with plans to scope out the local surf breaks. Stefano's knowledge of the island became evident when he drove us to the cleanest peaks with minimal crowds. This remained constant during out entire vacation. On our last evening, our hosts prepared an incredible feast of local seafood and cuisine. We truly made memories that evening that will last a lifetime! The 14 days we stayed at Blue Ocean Cottage was one of the best experiences of our lifetime and we certainly intend to return!

My friend and I returned to Barbados for a much needed vacation. Blue Ocean Cottage in Silver Sands was recommended to us by a friend and it did not disappoint. Stefano and Liz are absolutely wonderful and were extremely accommodating. Prior to our arrival Stefano was kind enough to arrange a taxi to pick us up at the airport (4:00am) and even met us at the apartment to let us in and show us around. The apartment is well appointed and lovely, providing you everything you need for your stay in Barbados. It is located steps from the ocean and around the corner from an excellent little beach restaurant/bar. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you Stefano!

Unforgettable experience in this amazing apartment

We spent there 3 lovely weeks.

The apartment is really well located with restaurant/bar (live music on it).

If I have to give also a level of cleaning to this lovely place I can just say SPOT ON!!! Perfect, believe me since as a picky person I know what that is meaning.

The Owner Stefan the Elisabeth were really available to all our request and they literally help us to have finally some great holiday. the beach is basically in front of the house (with some more around) which give also a lovely atmosphere, especially when you wake up in the morning to see this paradise.

They also suggest to us about the catamaran experience which in few words .was a great and relaxing time. we are still wishing to be there , we are absolutely gonna return to spend our honeymoon in a place which take a special place in our heart.

EXCELLENT, PERFECT STAY!

I've been with a friend for the first time in Green Garden Apartment in Blue Ocean Cottage, in March 2016 and it was a great stay at a very reasonable price!

The apartment is very well located, just in front of the ocean, near Silver Sands beach and close to Surfer's Bay bar and restaurant our favorite place to eat, drink and for listening good music. It's perfect for 2 people, very clean, with all amenities, a well maintained garden with hammock, lawn, flowers and wonderful palms. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven, where I've prepared our meals as I love to cook! We had a free Wi-Fi working fast, a big shower, comfortable beds and the safe in the room. Stefano and Elisabetta the hosts, were always very nice and happy to help us for everything. Next time in Barbados we will come back here for sure!!
