They never have Bitcoin to sell, the ATM machine stands in their office empty, poor customer service with no training(they do not know if the ATM works with US or BBD) if you want to buy bitcoin you have to purchase it at 45-60% more expensive than the market price from other individuals.I have called several times requesting the amount of bitcoin I wanted, they said they will be able to provide up to 6 BTC for when I arrive ,that I can pay with US and BBD. I traveled to Barbados 3 times to buy Bitcoins from Bitt each time buying US and BBD currencies to bring to the Bitt ATM (I found out it only takes BBD,I had bought dollars and already lost 1200$ at the exchange), 1st time the ATM to buy bitcoins was off, the second time it had no bitcoin to send, the third time I was told that the machine is empty(by 2 staff members) but eventually they allowed me to purchase 0.6 from the ATM (they weren't sure that was even 1000 BBD in the ATM)after going to their office and complaining about the poor experience I had with them I was send to the ATM (which was empty as I was told by two staff members and invited to leave)and if I wanted to buy more I would have to make a bank deposit to them but I would be able to buy at the exchange price only(45-60% margin added for each bitcoin).I was excited to be able to have a Caribbean BTC exchange , so excited that I decided to travel to Barbados.....and each time for nothing
