A strong marketing drive is essential to the success of any Bar or Shop. Making people aware of what you have to offer requires strategic planning and vision to achieve the goals dreamt by proprietors looking for success. With this in mind B.A.R.S. has developed an efficient strategy to reach its target audience.

B.A.R.S. Promotions & Events will offer shops several advertising and promotional benefits in an effort to gain mileage.
Promotional strategies include, radio advertising, print media, internet medium, BBM broadcasts, word of mouth.

Programs Designed to increase exposure and profitability with in Member shops
Percentage discounts for increased larger product purchases.

  Applicants are expected to present the following on orientation day:... 1) A Valid form of Identification (Photo identification with date of birth is required) 2) A Passport photo to be attached to your application. 3) A Valid Health Certificate.

  Class Dress Code: – White dress shirt ( No Polo’s), black pants (Slacks no jeans), enclosed black shoes (No sneakers). Absolutely no forms of Jewelry!

  The rum shop is a unique and ancient Barbadian institution, as ancient as the church. It is said that for every church in Barbados you will find a rum shop, sometimes close at hand. And churches abound, with every possible denomination to be found scattered across the 21 by 14 miles of this beautiful island.

  One might truly say that this is an island devoted to the spiritual and the spirituous. In many ways the church and the rum shop were the two defining community institutions of the typical Barbadian village.
