Excellent value for money resort. Very clean, very relaxed atmosphere, lovely pool. Great quality food at Asian Spice restaurant

So I recently spent a week at All Seasons. Firstly upon arrival at the resort there was no one at the check in desk. Regardless of fact that it was early in the morning. Myself and my mom waited and called but no one came out to greet us. My mom needed to use the bathroom so we found one used it and sat down and waited for at least 15more minutes before a casually dressed man emerged from somewhere in the back of the facility and addressed our needs.
Later that day we finally called at our room to come to the front desk and officially check in. The representative advised us that in conjunction with the $150.00US that we had to pay down as a security deposite another $100.00US was needed for the use of the air conditioning ( which was only available in the bedroom).
Despite the shabby conditions of the rooms with odor of mold and moisture, and the rusted tea kettle, shower head and a toilet bowl that rocked when you sat on it, there was also poor security.
One evening around 7:30 as my mom and I sat in the hot living room area watching TV, we left the sliding doors of the room we were sitting in slightly ajar( because it was so hot) and drew the curtains closed. Due to the set up of the furniture and single TV our backs were towards the slightly ajar sliding door. An unkempt man with no shirt and no shoes ran into our room grabbed my MK purse from the table in the room we were in and ran out with it before we could do anything.
In total shock and dismay we reported it to the front desk representative. She called the single (1) security officer who surveys the entire resort on foot. He was gracious enough to look around for the perpetrator who by then was long gone. By the time the police arrived, the incident had already occurred at least a half hour . Everyone including the owner of the "All Seasons Resort " kept repeating to us the irrelevant statement that robberies don't usually occur.
The Owner was unapologetic, inhospitable and never introduced himself to us until my mom asked him who he was because he kept peering into the room while the police took the report.
Needless to say I never got back my purse with money , my ID and my bank card. There was no compensation by the management in fact we received a bill the very next morning after the incident to pay for the use of the air conditioning.
What a nightmare! Horrible management! Horrible security system! Horrible accommodations! Polite majority staff. We will never stay at All Seasons ever again!report this review -

Apartment hotel with service. Good kitchen, big livingroom and bedroom. Located not far from the beach, supermarket and other stores. Nice pool as well and they have a pool table, how awesome isn't that 😎

I had a very bad experience attempting to book a day pass. I was given an initial price which I booked the room with but that price was later changed. They gave me a reason for doing so but it appeared to be a lie as the reason changed a few times. Very unprofessional.

this should NOT be called a resort. staff is friendly but facilities are in poor shape and you feel like you are in someone's neighborhood. nothing is close by and costly to go anywhere as shuttle only runs twice a day and not on sundays.

This place kinda grows on ya at first I wasn't quite sure. While the accommodations aren't new, they are clean and updated. The A.C. works great in the bedroom, only a ceiling fan in the other room. Best word to disscribe the place is RELAXING.

2 of us stayed for the week, accommodation was comfortable, we had a garden room which was slightly outside the main resort which was a slight disappointment as would have preferred the rooms overlooking the pool in the main part of the complex. Paying the extra for the aircon in the room is an absolute must. Towels are changed every 2 days and bedding every 4. We had to pay $150 US Deposit on a card when booking in which was a surprise as it wasn't on the literature when we booked with Virgin Holidays.

The resort was very nice!! The staff was incredible! Cheryl (at the front desk) made sure our stay was great and we were comfortable. We really enjoyed our vacation there last week.

Really friendly resort, with plenty great facilities amazing food and bar. I recommend this place as romantic, great beach location. Literally 8 min away walking distance from the beach! So beautiful

Hospitable and friendly staff, they make you feel quite at home. Nice individual apartments, the air-conditioning was essential! Good short distance from Holetown shops and the beach.
