Staff very knowledgeable. Although the item I was looking for, kind of a novelty item was not carried in the store, the staff member still tried to find an alternative that could possibly work if all else fails.

Most of the time I have been here, I have gotten what I came for and sometimes more. Staff are very helpful, and knowledgeable of the products in the store. I've even had the satisfaction of having product I was seeking (that the store didn't carry) ordered and supplied in a timely manner.

Great on phone customer service.. Called to get the price of a nail gun over the phone and the reps were very accommodating and informative. You usually don't get such over the phone sevice at other places. Thanks to the great staff here
