  We have rented from this company in the past but this is the first time we've had such a bad experience!
  We rented a car from February 12, 2018 until February 26, 2018.
  The car was delivered to our hotel on time. There was a quick walk around done with the representative and my husband. All seemed good.
  We were going to use the car and I noticed that the rear passenger tire was a donut spare tire. Unfortunately my husband did not notice it. We contacted the company and advised them of this problem but we were assured that it was a "normal" tire! Yet it is clearly labelled with a black and yellow sticker warning not to drive it over 80km and to replace it ASAP! We advised the company and yet they still say it is a normal tire. The "spare" tire in the boot is exactly the same!
  We have tried to find the business so that we could talk directly but it seems they have moved. They are no longer at Worthing Main Road as stated above and on their Rental contract.
  I sent an email stating our frustration on February 16, 2018 to which I have never received a response.
  The car is a wreck with several other issues.
  Not pleased at all! Would never recommend this company!
  Still trying to get satisfaction, a response, anything ...

  Bad experience
  
  We rented a car on line though Fox Rent a Car. We took a cab from our hotel to the airport at the cost of $40.00 When we arrived at the airport we were greeted by one of your employees who proceeded to take us to pick up the car. after driving about 20 mins he informed us their credit card machine was not working, we needed to pay cash, He offered to take us to an ATM to get the cash. We told him no and told hin to take us to our hotel. He wanted to charge us $35.00, we agreed. On the way back he ran out of gas, we coasted to a gas station and we paid $35.00 for the gas. Then the driver would not take us to our hotel but return us to the airport. The Fox driver told us that a cab driver would return us to our hotel without charge. When we got into the cab we asked the driver if he was to about this arrangement, he was not. Fortunately we were able to stop the Fox driver at the airport and he told our cab driver not to charge us, which he did not charge.
