Ne žele na zamjene defektan kabal za iPhone navodno traže račun koji nikad nisu ni izdali. Uposleniku je nezgodno gledati u oci.

telefoni skuplji od konkurencije. Izdaju garancije ali ako imate ikakvih tragova koristenja ne zele da vam servisiraju mobitel iako kvar nema veze sa fizickim ostecenjima.

Traveling to Sarajevo, the system of our mobile unfortunately shut down and we had to fix the phone before leaving Sarajevo next morning, in order to be able to continue our trip. Although we came to the shop late in the evening, the shop-keepers were very comprehensive and helpful and managed to fix the phone :) We also had some very interesting conversations with them. H'vala puno! We wish you all the best for the future!!

Grozan servis. U roku od mjesec dana su uspjeli da prime telefon pod garancijom, vrate ga navodno popravljenog samo da bi se isti pokvario u istom danu, pokvare telefon i ostete garanciju i pri tome ne izdaju racune i potvrde. Toplo preporucujem da sacuvate novac, zivce i vrijeme i odete negdje drugo.
