Beautiful selection of flowers always, and the florist speaks English. The prices are a bit elevated though. The florist also has a great taste of wrapping so you can trust her if you need help!

Do not use their services!!! I was charged 7 euros extra and the flowers were delivered a day late, just because their menu didn't offer specific part of the town, so my choice was Sarajevo-ostalo (other). I tried calling and emailing them dozens of times, without any reply. They finally responded via email on the next day, without any excuses except saying they were busy, only to ask if I still want those flowers delivered. I wasn't offered any compensation, apology, nor a partial refund for all of the inconvenience their pore customer service has caused. They haven't answered to my email complain and they've charged me for a (late)delivery for the part of the city they do not charge for usually - literally 2 blocks away from their store!!! Unfuckingbelievable!!! Whoever owns this business, needs to get his employees checked, because they will not stay in business too much longer offering this level of service.
