I wish I had seen this place before. They actually use real suffron, not sufflower, they know how much timing matter. They know what a creamy risotto is. They know how to make vegetables crispy.

Buy I removed one star now. The smoke is destroying the food. They have a smoke free zone, but it's like punish the no-smokers, placed in the entrance, while the nice wiew is awarded to the smokers who also destroy others health , but also the sphere we eat food in. When the food is full of poisonsous mell, which dosent belong to food, the restautant lack the final step for knowledging the consequences of the sphere you it in and also how much smell is important for our tastes. The smoke dominate the most I portant sense we have to taste food: the smelling sense.

Well, for someone who is looking great international food, quick service and value for its money, this is the place. Good view on main street, wide choose of food, good deserts as well. Glad to have this place as option where to eat.

Another well-known brand where you know what to expect. Everything's great except for the coffee products. Even if they serve pretty decent brand of coffee, something's not quite right qith the machine (or something) so don't expect wonders. That being said, the food is very good so don't hesitate to grab a bite, especially if you are with a group of friends. Location is perfect, it's (usually) bathing in sun and there's even a small terrace.

Mediocre food at steep prices. The most expensive pizza and lasagna I have ever eaten in Sarajevo, and those are mediocre. Besides that the complicated system of pagers and cards demotivated me several times. after I decided to try, I was really disappointing. Place is crowdy (I have no idea why, it is expensive comparing what you get in other restaurants in SA). And you have no idea what are the prices. I stand with my hungry kid for 5 minutes until I realized how things are working. And finally ordered. And I got the food. And it was nothing epic for thaet price. BTW, I found out how much it costed on the exit, because I had no idea what are the prices of food, because prives are in the menu, on some panels and were different. I really have no idea why people are liking this place. Tourists maybe? Go to any restaurant in Sarajevo City center for cheaper meal and just pagers (no retarded cards). Or go to the downtown to be served by waiter and get a proper meal without being mugged. I'd gave it one star, but food is okay. I have no idea why people give this complicated and expensive place five stars. They obviously never visited a 5-star place

Surprisingly, this was the first time I learned of Vapiano. I instantly loved it. Great food and spacious interior. I only wish I would have picked up one of the Sarajevo mugs they sell here. Now I go to every Vapiano that I come across in the world.

Another excellent franchise got roots in Bosnia. Clean and tidy, spacious room with 50+ seats available. Offers starters, mains and desserts with decent choice of drinks. Fantastic view from glass walls and food made in front of you while queuing for it (unusual but funny). Food taste delicious and is not overpriced while the portion size is rather healthy then generous, which we didn't mind.

The most beautiful Vapiano restaurant in Europe. Excellent pizza, even better pasta. Excellent coffee and excellent desserts. Recommendation after meals to take ice cream. A phenomenal view and terrace, perhaps the best city location for the restaurant. A little more than average prices in Sarajevo is the only thing I would change.

Perfect as usual, but not deserts.
I suggest you to try: pasta spicy shrimps, salad shrimps and beef, pasta salmon carbonara. They are perfect. Cheese cake is good as well.

Vapiano is a place for you if you have a 'big pocket' as people say..
It is placed in Alta shopping centre. On the enter you get a card and everything you buy goes on that card, so you pay when you leave.
They offer some really good home-made pasta but it is a bit expenssive since one portion of pasta is about - 9KM, and every additional ingredient you have to pay.
But it is really tasty and the ambient is so romantic in evening hours, staff is also really kind :) :)
