  Kada treba prodati telefon sve je super odlicno. Kada treba isti servisirati nastaju problemi. Cekao sam na zamjenu konektora skoro 5 mjeseci i ništa. Svaki mjesec mi kazu bit ce, bit ce. I na kraju su mi rekli bit ce za 7 dana. Ja došao, kazu mozemo li ti dati polovan telefon koji vrijedi 300 KM, dok je moj telefon pacen oko 700 KM. Uzas

  I've purchased more than 20 phones from this place so far, and never had any issues. They sell original phones at best prices in the region. Last phone was the first to 'go dead' two months into the guarantee, and they gave me a new one because it was a factory fault.

  I hate this place. Went there to buy sth and told them exactly everything of what I needed, they gave me a wrong one. And I went again to change it. They didn't have what I wanted and they even claimed that the thing I wanted didn't exist at all. I told them to either give me what I wanted or refund my money. They didn't want to refund and told me that they had nothing to do when the thing I wanted from them wasn't even sold anywhere. I argued around with them for around 45 minutes to refund my money when it was certainly their mistake. At last after they stole my time they refunded my money. At first I was talking to them in English even though I knew Bosnian and the second staff said something rude in Bosnian thinking that I didn't understand him. They are too many staff in one shop that have no idea, and they look sluggish. This is so stupid.
  
  P.S. The thing I wanted from them was out in a shopping website in their account. And they claimed it didn't exist.
