Good shopping center, nice free for 1h parking, good food choices with low prices, u can choose between 8-12 meal configuration which is awesome, everything is clean and organized. There is no tap water but u can buy 0.5 l bottled water for 0.50 KM (35cent, or 25 euro cent).

The only shopping centre in Sarajevo that doesn't look like a warehouse. Solid variety of goods. On the negative side, one should be aware of the continuous prices scamming - check the prices and the bill always!

It is a great place for shopping in peace. When I was there it was not overcrowded and it was a really enjoyable experience overall. Looking at the way the products are sorted I am wondering why other supermarket chains can't do something similar. It just looks so nice and easy to navigate and find things.

Konzum is now Mercator again.You can find some Slovenian brands and their trademark goods.Their selection of wine, beers and cheeses are outstanding! Mercator has always been a little bit more expensive than Bingo or other retail brands. Their bakery and restaurant offer good and ready-to-take fresh food and prepared meals.(From ćevapi to pizza)

Unprofessional food court staff engaging in private conversations with each other and there friends while compleatly ignoring customers! Also no cutlery and condiments.

Modern supermarket with smart shopping baskets. Fruit and Vegetables could be more fresh, and there is a lack of domestic products on shelves in supermarket. On the bright side food in restaurant is good and not very expensive. Also hosts dm market.

Unfortunatley there is no better supermarket in Sarajevo at the moment. they have renovated this place but in my opinion they have made it worse as it is difficult to walk around and find what you are looking for. it has those fancy chek out counters where you can scan the items yourself if that's your thing. they also have a small deli-mart like restaurant inside the supermarket. This Konzum is more expensive than other Konzums.

Dramatic difference from when it was Mercator. They're really trying to get it revived. Some upkeep changes have been made which is a good thing. Although there's still lots of work to make it look up to par. The shop is well stocked and there are so many new food options.
