Jaaaako jako neljubazno!!! Usluga je 0.0 a ponasanje prema klijentu katastrofa. Nikad vise u zivotu. Razocarana sam jer ovako nesto nisam ocekivala!

Very rude, they don't reply to the email for 7 days, and when you call them they say they saw the email,
They arranged invitations in the shop, and did not explain to us that some forms of letters are not possible in Cyrillic

Very rude staff. Of the three workers, none of them pays attention to issues related to shopping, they are not interested in serving. I had a feeling like I was undesirable in the store, but well, there are others.

EXTREMELY NON-FRIENDLY STAFF. I came to buy my baby balloons for his birthday, there were three sales people in the store. They didn't even look at us while they were serving us, when I asked if they had balloons in the form of numbers I received the answer "One balloon is 25 marks!" said to cost 3 stamps paid 23 stamps?!? Mostly, awful workers, no match for where they work. By no means do I recommend, I will definitely never go again. If it had a score of zero I would give it a zero, but since there is no 1 here.
