  One of the last communist builded stadiums in this part of Europe. The Club HŠK Zrinjski which is playing at this stadium was forbidden by communist authorities in 1945. After democratic changes in Bosnia and Herzegovina in mid 1990s HŠK Zrinjski was formed again and today this stadium is called and used as Stadium of HŠK Zrinjski ( Croatian Sports Club Zrinjski).
