bad hotel, not available even basics for staying, not kind staff, bad lifts, no mini bar in rooms, even cattle for heating water, not available drinking water in rooms,, when I asked for it, they told me drink from bath rooms, much smoking smell in rooms and beds 😖,people smoking every where even in passages. Feeling sad to stay here.

I used to do my internship here and the place is really great for people with rheumatic problems and for relaxation, the staff is also very polite and sweet!

Let's start with the positive, rooms are alright, big enough and comfortable. (At least mine) and bathroom too.
But it is fsr away from the center, a good 45min with public transports people smoke in the Lobby it is just disgusting, and even if the room is non smoking, sometimes come a smell of smoke from the corridor corridor that thry clean with skme artificial perfumes which mix with the traces of tobacco to make you want to vomit
Breakfast was disgusting (didnt try the other meals and not going to) with cold fried eggs, vold omelette, cold saucages, artificial tasteless orange "juice", ham that looks like drying on the table for a week
Elevator is really slow and always stop at level 1 even if you do not want. So you may think taking the stairs is faster but no see pictures
Oh and i needed laundry cause i am travelling for a week already. No price list and no bag in the room even if they are supposed to be, i had to ask at reception their crazy prices (i can buy a new shirt for cheaper than what they charge to clean them but anyway job will pay) and i am still waiting for it a day after

As a conclusion, do not stay there !

The most dirt hotel ever. Be careful with the bed - bugs, I have been in a room 220. Miserable! Check before you use the bed. The beds are full of bed -bugs.
The food? Sub - standard.
The service? Slow

Its a spa, far from centre, nice rooms, near awesome parks and other hotels, perfect for relaxing and wellbeing, those who like city dirt should go to city, not spa!
