I took a tour with Sarajevo Funky Tours two summers ago. I am still thinking about all the things I learned on that tour. I have never had better information, warmer hospitality or kinder people show me their country. Do not miss an opportunity to travel with Sarajevo Funky Tour. It will be a wonderful travel experience, and more, it may change your life.

I Joined "Sarajevo Total Siege Tour" and "East Bosnia & West Serbia off the beaten path".
Both is wonderful, I knew about war history of Sarajevo, and felt great nature.
Guides and drivers are friendly and kind, I enjoyed the tour.
I want to visit to Bosnia and herzegovina again!

I took the one way trip from Sarajevo to Dubrovnik. It was great to go through Bosnia and Herzegovina. Both the tour guide and the driver were excellent, they provided great information on all the locations and were generally nice people.

I highly recommend Sarajevo Funky Tours! Just after arriving at the old town, I directly went to the Sarajevo Funky Tours office and asked whether I could go on a Sarajevo war tour for a group or a private tour on the next day. It was already past 4pm, but a super friendly lady in the office did her best and quickly arranged it for me. Thanks to a wonderful tour team, the tour was really meaningful. My guide Armina is very informative, passionate and kind, and my driver Faris is a pleasant young man and a very good driver. Their team work was perfect. They know how to meet and wait for each other, and so I had a seamless tour around Sarajevo without wasting a single precious minute. It was my first time to visit BiH, and I regret that I did not take more tours with Sarajevo Funky Tours. Next time I will surely contact them to plan my trip! I was also impressed to know that the company cooperated for the establishment of the newly opened War Childhood Museum.

My boyfriend and I participated on the Mostar day trip from Sarajevo in October 2017. Our driver and guide were friendly and professional. We had a great time, Mostar is beautiful place, it is well worth a visit. The tour stops at some other nice places on the way to Mostar. We can highly recommend Sarajevo Funky Tours!

I had a great time with Sarajevo Funky Tours during my stay in Sarajevo.
I took the Sarajevo Under Siege tour and the Mostar Day tour. The guides were so knowledgeable and their willingness to share information is remarkable.
They gave us thorough explanation on everything and the rest.
I would highly recommend this agency for your tour in Bosnia!

I did the Total Siege tour that took the 7 group members for the Tunnel of Hope museum and up Mt Trebević to a few briefs stops at a lookout over the city, to an abandoned Serbian headquarters and a sniper's nest. We got dropped off at the top of the Olympic bobsled and got to walk about halfway down before being dropped back at their headquarters in Old Town. Our guide Armina then took us to a baklava shop (called Baklava which was also recommended by my hostel receptionist) and we got to try 3 different sweets for free, which was a lovely end to the tour.

Although at first I had difficulty understanding my guide's accent and phrasing, I soon got used to it and can’t really judge since English is her second language and my only one! It was interesting hearing her personal stories and opinions, but she made sure to encourage us to speak to people on different sides to get a complete picture of the war.

I heard other people booked tours for €25 which included the entry to the Tunnel of Hope. However, being a student I got 50% discount buying the ticket at the Tunnel of Hope, so the tour cost €22.50 in total. So I can't compare to other tours, but I really enjoyed Sarajevo Funky Tours.

    Fantastic experience
We booked a two-day tour from Kotor to Sarajevo and had a wonderful time with our driver and guide. They were very accommodating, gave informative explanations. and showed us some very interesting and beautiful sites. We now have a more in depth understanding of Bosnia Herzegovina. Thank you Sarajevo Funky Tours.

Very impressed with the half day tour on the Siege of Sarajevo on 26 July. Our Guide was so passionate, well informed and provided a very balanced view of the ethnic perspectives, as well as sharing what she and her family had experienced. We came away with increased insight and respect but still find it hard to understand.
Only downside was finding the tour office to start with, even with a map and asking several locals. Best advice is to stand on the pavement looking lost as they come and find you.

I enjoyed the tour on 2013.
    I enjoyed it.
The room they prepared for me was reasonable but a bit far.

We don't take tours too often, but the recent history here is so complex that we were searching for some better understanding. We took the siege tour with Arna and then went to Srebrenica with Ado the following day. Both of them were wonderful people, who were so generous sharing their experiences, insights, and expertise. And Skender made all the logistics super easy. I would highly recommend these tours -- they really deepened our experience of Sarajevo.

We had called to the agency day before our travel, they where very flexible and reserved our trip. Next morning we met with Adnan our guide and set on the road to Mostar. Adnan had great knowledge about the history, amazing personal experiences from war and gave us lot of insights into history. He is a great speaker, loved to listen to his stories. We felt very safe, had fun and enjoyed the trip from the beginning until the end. I can only recommend these guys.

We did the total siege tour with Skender. His knowledge is huge and he presents it very well. The sights were well chosen, interesting and heartbreaking. I would say this was the best activity I did in my 4 days in Sarajevo.

I was REALLY impressed with the depth of the guide's knowledge on the war and how much of that information he was able to give in 4 hours. It definitely helped in my understanding of the war. It was also nice to hear it from a person that lived through it and was my almost exactly the same age as me, so that it was easier to picture how things would have been for a kid growing up in Sarajevo at the same time.

When I was trying to decide which tour company to use, I saw that the Insider tour was only 2 hours, but that this one was 4 hours and only 5 euro more. I am very glad I chose Funky Tours, because I probably got much more than twice the amount of info. Besides this, we got to visit war remnants up in the mountains such as the Olympic bobsled track. I'm really glad I chose this tour!

We did the tour from Dubrovnik to Sarajevo with many stops in between, and I have to say it was one of the best tours I have ever done. We were only 4 people (2 couples) so that we got a lot of personal attention from the guides, which were also really nice and explaining everything without being boring.

I totally recommend this company and its tours!
