Rude and lazy staff. Especially the toilet lady. The way she behaves youd take her for Fort Knox warden. Wouldnt let me get some water to clear off a minor juice spill.

Disgusting station, disgusting service. Drivers of international buses believe that they have the right to throw things out of the bus, threaten, extort money. Apparently, for the Sarajevo bus station it's normal to behave like bandits.

Terrible service! We have bought tickets on Eurolines ticket office, and nobody had informed us about extra tax for baggage we need to pay in cash. Driver just kicked our bags away until another man paid for us. There was no chance to pay by bank card or not to pay for this. Driver's behavior was awful.

The station and the buses are dirty but let's say that it's not a problem bc it's the same almost everywhere. I was just shocked how rude was the service and you can't pay with a card?????

Everyone I encountered spoke good English. There is left luggage here, but it is quite expensive, so try to leave your luggage somewhere else.

For me this is ok. You can't expect a lot, please note this. This bus terminal has 13 perons and connects intercity within Europe. Buses are not so bad you still can sleep inside.

Service is as on any bus station, not kind but not rude either, tilet is payed by change, I dont know why are people such cheapskates to complain about 1KM you have to pay. Toilets are not dirty, people should stop telling lies. Its just regular public bathroom. Wifi works on and off. Its a regular bus stop.

Phoned to get information to travel from Sarajevo to Gotazde tomorrow. I phoned about 9pm on Sunday 1st of May 2016. My god how rude the women on the phone was.. Unbelievable! I asked her where the bus station was as I'm new to the city and she kept repeating 'its the bus station'. Of course I know it's the bus station but of course I was asking her to describe where it was. Anyway she got off the phone and I heard her say how stupid.. Think she meant me.. So unprofessional. I dont write reviews often but I had to.. No matter how little these people get paid they should still be a little polite and have basic compassion. The fact I speak Bosnian does not mean I live here and know the area.

Secretary machine has no English language option,it takes forever for a person to answer it.Bus station personel are rude,the arrival section is not safe for tourists(muggers are always present there),and the station needs to be remoderated.
