Visited Sac three times, burek is always fresh with crispy crust. Cozy inside or tables with mountain or old town views outside. Baking in coals a few feet behind counter when you enter.

Best sirnica I've ever tried! Soft, warm, enough cream on it, not heavy for stomach. Burek (pie with meat) was also great, not greasy. It's also cheap (4 KM a portion, which was enough for me as a lunch meal).

The best burek in old town. If you don't know what to order, go for a mix of regular burek with meat and sirnica with cheese. And drink a Jogurt with it!

A bit hidden yet in a center of foodie part of the Old City. Got recommendation from quite a few good friends so have decided to give it a try Exceptional. Service, food, ambient - expected but pleasantly surprised. Definitely would put it on a Must Visit list for every tourist 👍

Great pita Bosnian style. I was born in Sarajevo and have eaten pita all my life. This is as good as it gets outside of a Bosnian home.
As some reviewers have pointed out, the staff is iron faced. No warmth no smile. The place is pricey. My biggest issue is the hygiene: the same person cuts the pita and handles the money with her bare hands.

Fantastic place to eat local pita meal. Always fresh. Best place if you want to try that specific meal. Nothing other on menu but worth visting. Locals eat here.

I read the positive reviews below but in our experience the pastry was not that good, there are way better ones close by. I can't be sure if it was related to this places' food but we even felt bad with our stomachs afterwards.
Also i would suggest them to use some more smile.

The place to go when arriving to Sarajevo. The food is sooo good you forget the service is a bit smile-less (compared to warm bosnian standards)
