Fantastic view and walk down here . Good place for kids too. Outdoor trampoline and other playground setup items. We ordered pizza. Rather disappointing. Bakhlava was frozen. Our server was quite condescenting.

Two years ago I gave them one star as I was really pissed by the incredibly bad service. Now this looks like a totally different place. Pleasant staff, fast service and really great food. Happy to give five stars instead of one.

No alcohol on menu. Slow service on weekends, because not so many waitresses/waiters working even it is crowdy. Anyhow, better than other places. Would recommend it during the winter, ambient is very warm and cozy.

A very beautiful hotel as a fairy tale. Excellent location of the hotel in the middle of a forest with beautiful nature. The magnificent architecture of a hotel with many facilities that provides great pleasure. Food in the restaurant is varied and very tasty. Warm recommendation.

On the way up or down from the mountains. It matters little. Grab a coffee or enjoy a meal. You can't go wrong. Beware on sunny and warm weekends when it can get pretty packed

Love this place. Winter is special up there. You can move put of foggy city and enjoy some fresh air and silence. Their service is nice. Food is good.

Excellent location in a great pine forest, with respectful architecture to nature. Rooms are covered with pine, so smell is great. Great to take a couple hours next to fire on the lounge. Restaurant, menu and the service is very good. Staff is kind and helpful. Thanks them all.

First we had to wait 2 hours to enter spa, although we payed in advance. Terrible host in spa. Working lady kept yelling for moving chairs. Then in the middle of relaxing time she is yelling and disturbing again on hotel guests and removing them while relaxing. Very hostile atmosphere. Do not recommend wasting your time and money in the spa.

Quite far from town with winding roads leading to this hotel.
Beautiful architecture, most design associated with wood, clean environment.
Very good service and fast.

Need to get out of the city? This is a great place to have a coffee or even lunch or dinner. Trendy hotel with a nice playground for the little ones.

My favourite place in Sarajevo. I totally love this hotel and I enjoyed every minute. Staff is great, service is great. The food is great. Rooms are beautiful. Highly recommended.

Good clean hotel. Nice and helpful workers and all food is Halaal. Very child friendly hotel with a huge playing room for the kids. Swimming pool is awesome, but the fitness room should include more equipment.
Minus: Far away from the city centre.
Noisy barking dogs just outside the hotel in the middle of the night.
The reception area are always smoke because ppl smoke there all the time.
