If you want to swim in Olympic size pool go here. Also they have small gym, good staff and it is good to place to improve your swimming skills.

I love this place. For 7 BAM, you get to use their gym, pool and everything else for a day (showers, changing rooms, etc.). The gym is very basic (weights and treadmills) but just enough to get your workout for the day. The pool is amazing - huge, clean and perfect temperature.

You have to wear a swimming hat (you can buy it for 4 BAM or so there if you don't have one) and for guys, you have to wear a speedo shorts. This seems kind of silly but I am sure they have their reasons.
