Highly unprofessional and irresponsible behavior and practice. Avoid by all cost. Even as this office is very responsive on social network, they are unreachable to their clients, they are sloppy in their jobs, and they cause a lot of difficulties to anyone who had that misfortune to run into them.
This office is practicing national and racial profiling, and even after everything that has happened in Sarajevo, they still haven't figure out how to ec-exist.
After the death of my father, I found myself in a very difficult position, the one that is always present when you loose a member of a family. A sloppy, unprofessional behavior of Jasmina Selimovic and her office left many issues unsettled, unresolved. But they had no respect, no understanding, they just closed my case and left us with loads of problem.
They are extremely rude, unpleasant and vulgar people who will have no interest in your pain, your needs and your RIGHTS. This company is running illegal, discriminating business, and in a corrupted country like Bosnia, this is very much approved.
After I complained on their behavior, I was told to " go back where I came from".
Discrimination, racism, unprofessionalism - those are the main characteristic of this office. It is shameful for the whole country, for the law system that they are allowed to work.

We've been to three notaries in Bosnia on previous occasions this was theonly office that gave us the straightforward guidance we required. Their staff speaks good english (and I think german)
A business bank is also located in the adjoining building so it was convenient to make business deposit for company registration in one go.

It tends to be busy, so make sure to schedule an appointment before you show up if you're doing anything other than just certifications.

Unfortunately, they don't take credit cards, so make sure to have enough cash and in bosnian currency (not Euro).
