Perfect service. Drop your clothes and go get a beer.
When you pick your stuff everything is washed,

I doubt you'll ever find a nicer place to have your laundry done than here. Juliet is one of the chattiest people you'll ever meet and has turned her launderette into an informal cafe, one of Sarajevo's nicest. The actual laundry service is also on point: my clothes were cleaned quickly and folded so well you'd think they had been pressed.

This is simply a brilliant idea and service that everyone should support. Juliet has transformed a mundane service into a social event. The cost is extremely reasonable, the service exceptional, and the conversation and company delightful. Don't waste your time, or money, with hotel laundry services. Go visit Juliet.

Great and friendly service from Juliet. Professional service with a warm smile. Also, was really pleased that the laundry was ready before promised time especially considering it seemed to be quite busy at the time. Everything (3 big loads) was very neatly folded and packaged on pick up.

Lovely owner. 15km for washing and drying. Self service or leave laundry with owner and she'll take care of it for one KM more

She did a fantastic job! My clothes were clean, neatly folded and smelled fresh! As a bonus to us non-locals, she speaks English.

Has laundry service for good price and sells good quality local goods. Proprietor speaks good English and does metal engraving under tutelage of Sarajevo master craftsman. Will provide coffee and cake if necessary.
