Hotel Kriva Cuprija 2 je zatvoren i pretvoren u nesto drugo. Nije vise hotel. Ne znam kako ga neki mogu ocjenjivati kad ne mogu koristiti njegovu uslugu vec dosta dugo. Mozda ga mijenjaju sa Hotelom Kriva Cuprija 1 koji se nalazi na totalno drugoj lokaciji, u blizini Starog mosta a nekih desetak metara od Krive cuprije, prototipa Starog mosta.

Top hotel in zentrum von altstadt . Zimmer sehr sauber und modern mit designer badezimmer . Restaruant sehr schoen dekoriert und sehr sauber . Was mich fasziniert hat , personal freundlischkeit und gute küche in restaurant . Wenn man Mostar besucht dann sollte man diese hotel buchen . Lage ist top nur 2 minuten von alte brücke entfernt, parking kostenlos , personal hilft bei koffer kostenlos . Zimmer sind sehr gross und ruhig . Abends in restaurant sehr angenehm mit gut geschulte personal . Gute wein und frische fisch . Frühstück ist sehr gut und bei buchung unbedingt buchen da Sie auch ohne frühstück buchen können .Frühstück ist amazing .

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Although some of the staff were very friendly and helpful the management was unprofessional and unfriendly. We certainly would advise people to give this one a miss.

We spent two days in a pokey little attic room. Although neither my wife nor I are tall we often banged our heads on the sloping ceiling. The toilet didn’t work properly, the shower door was broken and the light over the sink kept flashing on and off. We complained about the room and asked to be moved but were told there was no other room free. No action was taken to fix the problems.

On the second evening we found a much better room at another hotel and informed the hotel that we would be moving out the next morning. The hotel manager insisted that we will have to pay for the third day since we had said we may stay for three days. As it was our wedding anniversary we did not want to cause a scene but said that we were not happy about their attitude. The manager then offered to move us to a larger suite at the same cost. We reluctantly had to accept the offer. This experience soured our experience of Mostar where we would have stayed longer.

On our first day we were warned by the hotel staff not to eat at any other restaurants as they were over priced. Since we are seasoned travellers we chose not to follow their 'advise' and ate elsewhere without ever being overcharged. Obviously a pathetic attempt to get us to eat at their hotel.
