If this is called bus station then you can call me Spider man. Poor poor service, its like they are still living in age of seventies, ex yugoslavia style. Few really bad coffee shops which i avoided in big circles. Music poor as hell. If you don't need to, don't be here, you have main station in Sarajevo which offers a lot more then this half object.

Terrible place, 10km from the city, no ATMs, taxis accept only cash, where should I withdraw it if I came from Serbia? Of course no internet and no sim cards to buy around.

After 1.5 hours found an atm near a shopping mall not far from there and paid €10 (!) For a trip downtown.

What's the purpose of this station?

There are 2 bus stations in Sarajevo, and this is the East one. I have attached the daily bus schedule to Belgrade. People here are 100 times more rude than the people in central Sarajevo. The Info guy is so indifferent, and even the toilet lady ripped us off & yelled at us too. Terrible. The bus was on time though. It literally takes 8 hours, if you "don't" wait at the border.

Average bus station. Have to pay 1 mark per ticket station tax if purchased online. .50 mark for a gross toilet. Good bakery across the street. Centrotrans bus to Belgrade departed on time.

It is located in the East Sarajevo (Republika Srpska), administratevly NOT the same city as Sarajevo (Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina). Useful for travels around the Republika Srpska, Serbia, and Montenegro. Do not get confused by nearby terminal for the public transport of Sarajevo. Use the electric buses to/from the terminal (tickets around 2€ one way) and walk 500 meters to the Bus Station. Taxi, as you walk out of the Bus Station, cannot cost more than 6-7€ all way to the Old City of Sarajevo (Baščaršija). Another Bus Station is located in the central part of Sarajevo, near the Embassy of USA, with many more lines.
