WiFi is good. Rooms are old as hotel, but hot water works. Food was fresh.

While the hotel may be a bit dated, the staff is awesome! They are as friendly, accommodating and helpful as can be and always have a smile and a greeting for all their guests! The hotel has snack bar, restaurant, bar, theater, dance club, Olympic size pool, dry sauna, meeting rooms, offices, etc. Great hot water and high pressure in the guest room showers. The beds are very firm.

One of the worst places to stay in Tuzla but if you don't have any other solution ask for 1st or 2nd flor wiht "renovated" rooms.
Parking without security,not so clean rooms , very poor brekfast

Old hotel, only one elevator working, good breakfast and pool, friendly staff. If you are looking for cheap hotel this is good choise.

You can find much better hotels in Tuzla. Smaller hotels are cheaper and better choice.

Horrible hotel, hallways smell like mold, stained carpets and walls in rooms, one elevator working, bathtub leaking, heat not working, everything looked like it was from 1950's Soviet Russia, the breakfast was a joke, and in the end when I was paying at the checkout the card machine did not work so I had to hunt for an ATM, not that this bothered the employee at the reception one bit, it's not like she can do anything about it. DO NOT STAY HERE, plain and simple. Stay at that other hotel across the street.

Užasan hotel, hodnici smrde kao pljesan, uflekani tepisi i zidovi u sobama, samo jedan lift radi, curi iz kade na pod, grijanje ne radi, sve izgleda kao da je iz sovjetske Rusije iz 1950ih. Doručak je bio smiješan. I na kraju kad sam plaćao za sobu mašina za karticu ne radi i ja sam morao ići van da nađem bankomat, ne da je to smetalo ženu na recepciji, tu ona ništa ne može. NEMOJTE OVDJE ODSJESTI, upozoreni ste. Platite više i idite u normalan hotel preko ceste.
